75 year old Baba Kadhera Singh a farmer with heavy community development involvement hailing from Nagla Akkha(Sonkh) Mathura. He educated his four sons under heavy odds who were required to travel a distance of 30kms from their house even for basic education of primary and secondary levels. When his sons got settled in responsible positions, he persuaded them to see his vision of education for public good. To make his dream come true, he donated five acres of land and set the base for this school.

Starting with Janata Higher secondary school (afflicted to U.P. Board), where he was instrumental in school getting started, he finally has started seeing his vision taking shape in the present school at the scale and operated the way, he dreamt it on. He persuaded his youngest son Hari Chand to give up a job with a multinational company and instead do social service by being involved with school full time
